Year Two Day One Hundred and Forty Four -The Edge Gallery

Dear all,

More art-adventures to follow from Karen and I as we stumbled upon a new and wonderful gallery in Barrie after a long run around town. 'The Edge' gallery is very new to the city and already, we had heard many great things about it from fellow students and faculty alike.
The gallery is situated right in downtown Barrie on Dunlop street and is packed full of fabulous local art. The gallery owner gave us a tour and was so informative and generous with his time. There was also work displayed by fellow students included Veronica Black ( which was extremely inspiring and encouraging). I would highly recommend stopping by the gallery if you are in the area - it is well worth a look. http://theedgeartgallery.ca/

And in other news:
1. Our poor magnolia tree has been officially diagnosed with 'total flower drop' *sob*. Darn weather!
