Year Two Day One Hundred and Fifty Three - Paul Smutylo's Art Show

Dear all,

The sun is shining and summer is here! Today, I was lucky enough to join the prolific artist, Paul Smutylo at his art gallery opening in Owen Sound.
We had an AMAZING day of sun and blue skies and after about 2 hrs of getting lost in Owen Sound ( yep... no joke, I really have should have taken D's car with the GPS), I found the place and started to get set up. Jesse, Kerry's brother, had introduced me to Paul and was so amazing helping me set up. I had a spot in the large garden alongside other artists and a very cool gazebo and leather sofa set.

Here is my display! I think it looked quite good. People started coming around 7pm and Darren, Vince and Kerry and everyone came a little later after dinner. It was a great evening and fantastic exposure - it's always wonderful to meet new local artists!

And in other news:
1. Here is a picture of the fabulous Dogwood tree at Bob and Mary Lou's house. It's a beautiful tree with an unusual four-petalled flower. Gorgeous!
