Day One Hundred and Twenty One - Elmvale

Dear all,

After a gorgeous morning sipping coffee with Kerry and the kids at the cottage, I packed up my bag and set off on the road on a gorgeous summer morning. I drove through the lovely village of Elmvale, worth a mention because it was so lovely. http://www.400eleven.com/elmvale.html

Surrounded by wide open fields filled with corn, it was an incredible drive back to the metropolis of Collingwood.

There was also a staggering number of organic farms en route; all selling raspberries. I was on a mission to find the mystical 'Black Raspberry'; a fruit so coveted, Darren goes misty eyed whenever they come up in conversation.

Alas, no luck on the 'Black Raspberry front, ' but I did pick up a tray of common-or-garden red raspberries that still tasted sublime. My road trip was just wonderful. I didn't even care getting stuck in the fiendish Wasaga Beach traffic as it was just nice to get out and about with not a care in the world. Ahhh summer...

And in other news:
1. I am churning out the Blue Nudes! Planning to fill our condo with Picasso before the week is out!
