Dear all
Today I discovered a little more of wonderful Collingwood as I took a minor detour on the way to Darren's and stopped in for a quick stroll around the new development on the waterfront: The Shipyards.
I was extremely impressed by what I found. Behind [what looks like] a scrap pile, has emerged a fabulous complex, still in development, however shows staggering promise and with it will undoubtedly transform Collingwood in becoming the focal point of the town.

There is already a lovely buzz hovering over the complex. A meandering cyclist; an eldery couple; a family taking a walk before dinner, all enjoying the backdrop and the atmosphere. The condos are yet to be inhabited but they are statuesque and sophisticated with hints of the suited finery of Canary Wharf in London, UK.
If I had a million dollars, I would certainly invest in a condo on the water at Shipyards. Its a fabulous spot and I am sure will see many exciting turns as it comes alive in the next few years. Bravo Collingwood!
And in other news:
1. Experimenting with a tomato on Darren's kitchen surface.
