Dear all,
Today I had a most brilliantly unusual task: Gorgeous Emma had sent me a bar of 'marmite chocolate' for Christmas, fresh from the shores of ye olde England and I couldn't think of a more blog worthy product.
You either love it or you hate it, but you can't deny the power of marmite. I love it. Darren hates it. but I had never thought that I might be able to find marmite infused chocolate [what a joy].
The chocolate is named, very appropriately, 'very peculiar' and it really does live up to its name. It's quite simply one of the most unusual things I have ever eaten and I am still on the fence as to whether I like it. I can tell you now however, I will eat the whole thing ( such is the addictive power of marmite).

It looks like chocolate but smells like marmite ( I can hear simultaneous groans and squeals of joy in the background) and tastes a little like chocolate flavoured earth.. not in a bad way, but it is most peculiar. I have managed to document the event with the help of my brilliant cameraman, Darren!
All I am going to say is that, Dad, expect some in the post!
And in other news:
1. One of my dearest most incredible friends in the whole world has just had the most beautiful baby. Gan, I love you, George is AMAZING!
2. Darren and I have been out on the snow mobile again.. this time we made it to Singhampton!
The round trip was about 70km and it was stunningly beautiful, amazing ride, I loved every minute. We sped through forests, across fields, down roads and across a river. We even crossed paths with the daily trail groomer, an ominous looking tractor with a mean super-rake about 10 metres long being dragged behind it, which meant we then had 5 miles of 'untouched trails' , a first for Darren and me, to run down. It was heavenly.
