Day Two Hundred and Seventy Five - Snow Mobile in the Dark

Dear all,

It's my FAVORITE THING in the world ( This decided after one day of snow mobile action last February) and with the weather now settling down, we can enjoy the benefits of the early snow to roar around the countryside on Darren's ski-doo. I LOVE IT!!!
Darren had given me the coolest Christmas present imaginable: A pink snow mobile helmet, fresh off the shelf from the only name worth talking about in snow mobile equipment, Royal Distributing of http://www.royaldistributing.com/main/
We set off from Collingwood in the garage where D is storing his snow mobile and after a quick gas re-fill, I jumped on the back and off we went!
Snow mobiling is without a doubt, one of my favorite things. Darren set off with confidence and flair reaching speeds of up to 60km/h very soon as we tore through the night towards the dazzling lights of Blue Mountain. The ski village is now very much open for business and mountain and ski hills are illuminated at night with a thousand fluorescent lights; it's unbelievably beautiful and mind blowing on the snow mobile driving past it all.

We sped through the trails and actually ended up by the Pretty River park entrance although it was getting very late by then, so we turned back. It was amazing in every single way and signals an awesome season out on the skidoo stretching ahead into 2011. I love the ski doo!!!! Hurray!!!!
